First time here. Had 2 cheese, a pepperoni and a Severus scape individual pizza. Tried the assorted olives which were amazing. Carrot salad a nice side with pizza. Dessert was panna cotta with lime zest and salted caramel. The wood fired oven leaves a nice char on crust. Not too chewy. Sauce amazing. Fresh. Good selection of drinks: beer, wine, soda and non-carbonated. Seating is tight but tables open up with little waiting. Picnic tables out back Definitely will return

Great surprise to find this place sharing space with Subversive brewing. Pizzas were fresh, hot and delicious. The addition of sesame seeds to pepperoni pizza was a surprising boost to the flavor. Crust and sauce were good, and its a great atmosphere.

Be Golden is an EXCELLENT pizzeria. A must go if you are in the area. Have been multiple times and never been disappointed. Also has gluten free options! Which was great when we brought friends there who are gluten intolerant. If you get the chance to stay around closing, say hello to Pat, he is an awesome chef, owner and person.

Great pizza! They have a proper pizza oven, know how to make good Neapolitan style dough, and have a very tasty tomato sauce. This place is casual, order at the counter. The green salad is simple and good as a starter. They also have frozen meat that you can buy to take home.

Awesome spot! Perfect place to spend multiple hours with friends and family. The pizza is better than it needs to be! Great beer, wine and cocktails and tasty desserts. Plus, a great selection of products from the farm to take home. Can’t recommend enough!

Located in the boondocks of NY state, the parking lot was full but could easily be attributable to being the "only game in town". Nope, not so. This place serves some of the best pizza in the area. I live very close to a pizza joint that is voted as the best in the Capital district on a regular basis. If people were to try this pizza, I got the Roni, I believe it would be abundantly clear, Be Golden Farms is on another level. The dough has a pillowy soft interior with leopard spotting (dark burnt welts on the crust) to add crunch. There's even some sesame seeds on top of the pizza as an ode to Italian bread. The tomato sauce is piquant and light with a little bit of chili heat. Add melted provolone cheese and thinly sliced pepperoni. Seriously, this must be in the top five pizzas I've ever eaten. Try the "not pizzas" section of the menu - cheddar, prosciutto, and apples or focaccia and burrata cheese or mixed-up olives. Although only open Thursday - Saturday, it's worth the drive.

The pizza was incredible, perfect crust and all their pizza variations were so creative and inventive! It was raining outside and so I didn’t sit on the patio but I would’ve loved to sit outside it looked great!
